It is a complement rich in:

L-carnitine : Carnitine is present in two forms in sperm: L-carnitine and acetylcarnitine. L-Carnitine passes into its active form, acetylcarnitine inside the body. L-carnitine plays a role in the acquisition of progressive mobility, it is a fatty acid transporter. It is the marker of the body and tail of the epididymis, but it is not secreted by head cells.
