Aredsan complements the daily needs of the fatty acids omega-3 (DHA and EPA), carotenoids (lutein and zeaxanthin), vitamins C and E and the trace elements zinc and copper.

The polyunsaturated fatty acids of long-chain Omega 3, fundamentally Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), are essential fatty acids essential for the proper functioning of the body. In the retina are high concentrations of DHA, specifically in the membrane of the outer segments of the retinal photoreceptors. DHA and EPA (precursor of DHA) are very important because they contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.

Lutein and zeaxanthin belong to the Group of carotenoids. They are in high concentrations in the macula lutea, central part of the retina responsible for central vision.

Vitamin C is an important antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

The vitamian E is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

Zinc is a trace element that helps to protect cells against oxidative damage and contributes to good metabolism of macronutrients. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.

Copper contributes to the maintenance of connective tissue in normal conditions. Zinc supplements should always be accompanied by a supply of copper.

How to use

Recommended taking one or two capsules a day, discretion, accompanied by a little water, during meals.
