Melatonin is a hormone that is found naturally in the human body and that decreases with age. In our body it is synthesized from the neurotransmitter Serotonin.

It contains Magnesium, which is involved in the synthesis of melatonin and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It favors the decalcification of the cells that form the pineal gland.

Vitamin B3 is involved in the formation of neurotransmitters and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 is involved in the transformation of tryptophan to serotonin and also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

It contains Tryptophan, an amino acid related to the formation of proteins, which acts in a large number of biological processes and participates in the regulation of Serotonin production.
