How to use
It is recommended to adopt a comfortable position in the bathroom and press the top ring of the cup inward with one finger while holding it bent between the index fingers and thumb. Hold it with one hand so that it is rolled up on itself. Separate the vaginal lips and insert the cup orienting it towards the base of the spine. Wash before and after use, in the first case sterilize it in hot water for 3 minutes and in the second case with water and neutral, unscented soap. It can be used during sleeping hours and can be removed whenever desired. Also during daily activities and for sports practice. Keep stored out of reach of children.
