How to use
- Preparation with milk: To obtain a drink, add the contents of one sachet or 2 level tablespoons of powder (30 g) to 200 ml of milk in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Preparation with water: To obtain a drink, add the content of two sachets or 4 level tablespoons of powder (60g) to 200 ml of water in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved. Preparation suitable for people with lactose intolerance.
To complement the daily diet, 1 to 2 drinks are recommended, either prepared with milk or water. Ideal for breakfast, mid-morning or as a snack.
