How to use
1. Wash your hands with soap and water and adopt a comfortable position.
2. Fold the menstrual cup. To facilitate its entry, you can wet the cup so that it slides better.
3. Take the folded cup and insert it into the vagina using your index finger to push the lower part towards the coccyx.
4. Once inserted, you can gently slide the cup out to ensure that it has caught air.
