How to use
Boil the water and milk together, in amounts of 100ml each (a total of 200ml). Let the mixture cool down to 50º. Pour the liquid into a plate, add 5 tablespoons of muesli porridge (about 25 g) and mix well. Once the mixture is prepared, let it cool until it reaches a suitable temperature to consume it (about 37º)
