How to use
- It is recommended to take it mixed with water and you get a pleasant infusion. You can also take it with juice.
- Adults : 3 tablespoons or 3 measures of 10 ml per day.
- Children 6 to 12 years : 3 teaspoons or 3 measures of 5 ml per day.
- Children 4 to 6 years : 3 half teaspoons or 3 measures of 2.5 ml per day.
