How to use
Take 2 capsules daily at any time of the day on a full stomach.
In case of difficulty swallowing, open capsules and dissolve in liquids or food.
You can start taking it from the age of 15.
Weight less than 50kg take 1 capsule.
There is no maximum time for taking it. Minimum 6 months.
To avoid the rebound effect of contraceptives, take it 3 months before stopping the pill and 6 months after.
