How to use
Take 2 capsules: 1 during the day and 1 at night or 2 at night, preferably on a full stomach.
In case of difficulty swallowing, open capsules and dissolve in liquids or food.
You can start taking it from 9 years old.
From 9 to 13 years: 1 capsule.
Recommendation: Do not take it at the same time as iron and zinc. It is recommended not to take it with coffee or tea as it may decrease its absorption.
