  • How to use

    Take 1 capsule, at any time of the day, on a full stomach.

    It is not recommended to open the capsule.

    *The jars have a non-edible orange-scented heart inside.

    It can be started from 4 years old.

    Pregnancy: 1 capsule per day. If you do not consume other sources of omega-3 such as oily fish or linseed oil (10 ml per day), take 2 separate capsules per day on a full stomach to optimise your tolerance.

    There is no maximum taking time.

    It is recommended to take it with foods rich in fat to promote its absorption.
