How to use
Cut approximately 45 cm of dental tape, wrap the tape around the middle finger of each hand, leaving 10 cm of tape between them.
Tension the tape and gently insert it between the teeth, sliding it in an inside-out motion, exerting pressure on the side of each tooth.
Repeat the same operation with the remaining teeth, always using a clean piece of dental tape.
