How to use
1. Tear off the protective film. Hold the dressing in one hand and remove the top protective film from the bottom using the thumb and forefinger of the other hand.
2. Smooth the dressing so it adheres evenly. Apply only light pressure and do not apply tension.
To increase the adhesive power, you can heat the dressing between the palms of your hands before applying it.
