How to use
Adults and children over 12 years : it is advisable to take one sachet, two or three times a day, immediately before meals.
For proper use of the product in children under 12 years of age, consult your doctor.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, add still water (200 ml), stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
