How to use
- Soñodina 60 Tablets: To help you fall asleep, take 1 tablet at night half an hour before going to bed, preferably always at the same time. To help relieve jet lag on the first day of travel, take 1 tablet in the evening, before bed. Repeat the shot for several nights.
