Food supplement based on l-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2 and niacin, useful for muscle tension linked to everyday stress.

It contains a precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood.
