Valerian Leo 90 Tablets

Valerian Leo is a food supplement made from valerian extract (450 mg), passionflower extract (50 mg) and hawthorn (60 mg), which contributes to the onset of sleep and the maintenance of its normal quality.

It facilitates relaxation and rest.

How to use

The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years is 2-3 tablets up to three times a day, between meals.

To facilitate sleep it is recommended to take 2-3 tablets half an hour before going to sleep, and if necessary you can take another dose of 2-3 tablets in the middle of the afternoon.

The recommended treatment is 4 weeks.

Composition

100 mg dry extract of Valeriana officinalis L, equivalent to 400-600 mg of valerian root, 50 mg of dry extract of aerial part of Passiflora incarnata L, equivalent to 200-300 mg of aerial part of passionflower, 60 mg of dry extract of Crataegus oxyacantha L., equivalent to 210-420 mg of leaves and flowers of hawthorn.
