- Vichy Minéral 89 Eye Contour 15 ml : Pour a drop of product on the tip of your finger and distribute it around the eye contour: 3 touches above and below each one. Gently massage each drop around the eye area with circular movements with 2 fingers to reduce and decongest dark circles. Slide your finger from the inside to the outside under the eyes and in the eyelid area to soften expression lines.
