  • How to use

    Tenere saldamente un pezzo di circa 40-50 cm di nastro dentale VITIS® con fluoro e menta tra l'indice e il medio di ciascuna mano, lasciando circa 2-3 cm liberi al centro.

    Inserisci il filo interdentale tra i denti con un delicato movimento a sega.

    Quando il filo raggiunge il bordo della gengiva, curvatelo contro uno dei denti e fatelo scorrere delicatamente nello spazio tra gengiva e dente fino a sentire resistenza (non applicare mai violentemente).

    Ripetere le operazioni con tutti i denti utilizzando per ciascuno un filo interdentale pulito.
